Being the most targeted receiver in an Aaron Rodgers-led offense always warrants consideration on this list. However, Randall Cobb appears fully, if not close to healed from his AC-joint shoulder injury suffered in the preseason, as evidenced by his beastly 7-catch, 91-yard, and 3-touchdown performance against the Chiefs this past Monday night.

Digging deeper into the numbers though, it's clear that Cobb's still up to his hyper-efficient ways as well. Cobb's 0.89 Reception NEP per target ranks eighth among all receivers with at least 20 targets. This portends well for Cobb's next matchup when he and the Packers square up against the 49ers, who've been lit up to the tune of 90 points in their past two games against the Steelers and the Cardinals.

With the 49ers currently ranking as the 26th-best team at defending the pass, I think it's fair to say that the Packers have a solid chance at torching them for a third straight week. With Vegas predicting the Packers to put up about 28 points, expect Cobb and his 31.5% team target share to get busy in Week 4.

Because Cobb played on Monday night, his price remained unchanged from Week 3 despite his ridiculous output against the Chiefs. Roster him at his semi-discounted price for one more week without hesitation.
