10 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 5
Pierre Garcon, WR, Washington Redskins
As a refresher, Jordan Reed might not play, and Garcon might not either. If he does and Reed doesn't, which seems the more likely scenario, he should see plenty of targets in a game that will likely feature Washington trailing Atlanta.
Garcon has 35 targets through four weeks (22.9% of his team's attempts) and has the same Reception NEP per target (0.60) as Kamar Aiken has. That's not what you want from a number-one receiver in terms of efficiency, but if there are targets, there is opportunity.
Of course, if both Garcon and Reed are ruled out, consider Jamison Crowder, who has 20 targets on the season but ranks 47th among 54 receivers with at least 20 targets in Reception NEP per target (0.43).
Unless it's Reed, the Washington receivers you use won't be based on efficiency, but it's the volume you're looking for in Week 5.
