It's looking like DeSean Jackson is once again out after suffering a setback last week, meaning Pierre Garcon will be a solid value play on Sunday.

Garcon has been a target-hog for Washington, and the targets have been consistent. He's only seen fewer than eight targets once this season, and that was in Week 2 when he had seven. He also leads the team in red zone targets with seven, and he has converted a team-high three of those targets into touchdowns.

He's got a favorable matchup to be able to turn those targets into big fantasy points this week, as Washington is up against a Tampa Bay pass defense that ranks 27th in the league in schedule-adjusted Defense Passing NEP per play. The Bucs have had a lot of trouble stopping top wide receivers, too, making Garcon an even more intriguing option.
