Austin Seferian-Jenkins ($5,300)
Austin Seferian-Jenkins made his return from injury last week, seeing six targets against the Atlanta Falcons despite only playing 21 of the Buccaneers' 71 offensive snaps. He should see the field much more this week as he continues to work his way back into action.
He's only seen very limited action this season, but Seferian-Jenkins has been incredibly efficient. His 1.32 Reception NEP per target ranks first among tight ends with at least 10 targets on the year, and as Graham Barfield pointed out on Twitter, he also leads that group in yards per route run. His 0.34 fantasy points per snap also leads all tight ends.
The Saints passing defense is a mess, and while they're not quite on pace to be the worst in our database, their schedule-adjusted 0.26 Defensive Passing NEP per play is the worst in the league. They're also only five passing touchdowns short of setting the record for most allowed in a season. They're allowing the most fantasy points to opposing tight ends, giving up 6.3 receptions, 84.7 yards, 0.8 touchdowns and 16.47 fantasy points per game to the position.
