19. Dwayne Allen
- Fighting injury and playing time with Fleener, Dwayne Allen gets to showcase his talents this season as the lead tight end in new offensive coordinator Rob Chudzinski's offense. Allen hasn't earned his new contract quite yet, but he should be a top red zone target this year in an offense that should see more trips there -- 3.6 trips per game in 2014 versus only 3.1 in 2015 -- with Andrew Luck back at the helm.

20. Kyle Rudolph - Rudolph plays on a Vikings team that ran the second-fewest plays last season -- they had the third-highest run percentage. They also were winning or tied 66.2% of the time -- that's not a recipe conducive to passing volume. Rudolph averaged just 4.6 targets per game last season, but saw 22.7% of the team's red zone targets. He remains a touchdown dart throw player, but first-round rookie pick Laquon Treadwell could eat into his looks in 2016.

21. Jordan Cameron - Outside of a handful of good games in 2013, Cameron has been a massive fantasy disappointment. Cameron didn't post a single top-12 week last season, finishing with just 35 receptions, 386 receiving yards, and 3 touchdowns. Entering Adam Gase's offense, perhaps Cameron can rebound in a role that saw Julius Thomas finish with back to back 12-touchdown campaigns.

22. Crockett Gillmore - The entire Ravens offense is filled with questions marks at running back, wide receiver, and tight end. What we do know is that offensive coordinator Marc Trestman has experienced major success with his passing attacks, and whoever does elevate to the top of the depth chart stands to profit immensely. Crockett Gillmore showed potential last season with four top-12 weeks at the tight end position, highlighted by a 5-88-2 performance against the Raiders.

23. Larry Donnell - The Giants are still working out the depth chart order at tight end, but Larry Donnell enters 2016 as the elder statesmen of the group, ready to retain his starting role that saw him finish as the TE12 in 2014. Will Tye emerged during his rookie campaign and this will be one training camp battle to keep an eye on. The Giants tight ends have combined for 18.9% of the team's target market share over the past two seasons, and whoever earns this spot could be a sneaky value play at tight end.

24. Ryan Griffin - The Texans haven't utilized the tight end position much since Bill O'Brien's arrival, but Ryan Griffin enters camp as the top receiving option. Griffin missed half the season last year, but still finished with a career high 20 receptions, 251 receiving yards, and 2 touchdowns. Griffin remains a long dart throw towards fantasy relevance in 2016.

25. Jacob Tamme - Top-10 in receiving yards among tight ends last season, Jacob Tamme was unable to do much with them en route to just one touchdown on the season. This led to him finishing 22nd in fantasy points per game. The Falcons drafted Austin Hooper this year as a receiving tight end, leaving a limited ceiling on Tamme's potential this season.
