3 Fantasy Football Defensive Streaming Options for Week 11
Hey, it's your friendly neighborhood defense streaming specialist, here again, giving you weekly streaming recommendations. A reminder that lines are courtesy of NFL odds, and roster percentages and scores are according to ESPN's fantasy platform. Assume that the listed order is the preferred order.
Los Angeles Chargers
vs. New York Jets
Spread: Chargers -8.5
Roster Percentage: 28%
Joe Flacco. Sam Darnold. It doesn't matter -- it's the old "use whoever's playing the Jets" trick. It's a light week in terms of streaming options, so these touchdown-plus favorites are the clear streaming option. The Los Angeles Chargers rank 10th in schedule-adjusted defense, per numberFire's metrics, and against the New York Jets that'll do in a pinch -- and Week 11 defensive streaming options are certainly "a pinch."
Miami Dolphins
at Denver Broncos
Spread: Dolphins -3.0
Roster Percentage: 33%
Drew Lock ain't it. He just made the Las Vegas Raiders look like the 2000 Ravens and now gets a defense that's been surging a bit recently. The Miami Dolphins rank fifth in schedule-adjusted defense, and it's been steadily improving with Byron Jones' newfound health.
On paper, the Phins are a good option. Their lone problem is that they're not exactly comfortable favorites with the Denver Broncos having the mile-high advantage, favored by just a field goal. Still, it's tough to find better options.
Cleveland Browns
vs. Philadelphia Eagles
Spread: Browns -3.0
Roster Percentage: 17%
The post-bye week reinvigoration failed to materialize for Carson Wentz. The Philadelphia Eagles are just three-point underdogs here, but that will be enough this week. If Wentz continues his sack and interception happy ways with his very high rates of 9.3% and 3.5% on the season, respectively, the Cleveland Browns will be a viable option.
