Browns' Antonio Callaway could see fewer snaps
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Antonio Callaway could have his playing time reduced, head coach Hue Jackson said.
"Maybe not playing as many plays as he plays in a game will help him get to step back, take a look, take a blow come back and do it again," Jackson said. "I like him. Obviously, he needs to start faster in games." Callaway has come up with just 10 catches on 25 targets to start his NFL career. The speed is there but the fourth-round pick has suffered from drops and poor footwork. He played 70.0 percent of the Browns' offensive snaps during their Week 4 overtime loss to the Oakland Raiders. If that number takes a hit in Week 5 versus the Baltimore Ravens, either Rod Streater or Damion Ratley could stand to benefit.
Callaway is averaging 6.8 FanDuel points per game this season, with 155 yards and 1 touchdown on the 10 receptions. He's the WR42 in numberFire's Week 5 fantasy rankings.
