John Ross (clavicle) lands on IR, out for Bengals 8-plus weeks
The Cincinnati Bengals placed wide receiver John Ross (clavicle) on injured reserve.
Ross will be eligible to return after eight games. He suffered a sternoclavicular injury during Monday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Seventh-round pick Auden Tate will step into the second receiver role behind Tyler Boyd until A.J. Green (ankle) returns.
Ross has averaged 14.2 FP through four games, with 16 receptions for 328 yards and 3 touchdowns on 32 targets.
