Saints' Jared Cook (ankle) ruled out for Week 8
New Orleans Saints tight end Jared Cook has been officially ruled out of Week 8's game against the Arizona Cardinals with an ankle injury.
Cook wasn't expected to play after failing to practice all week. It's unfortunate timing because the Cardinals have allowed opposing tight ends to produce week in and week out. In Cook's absence, Josh Hill will lead the tight end group for the Saints.
Our models project Cook for 22.4 receptions for 286.6 yards and 1.4 touchdowns over the rest of the season. He is the TE22 in our rest of season ranks.
