Schefter: Joe Flacco (neck) out for Broncos 4-6 weeks
Denver Broncos quarterback Joe Flacco is facing a 4-6 week timetable for a bulging disc, reports ESPN's Adam Schefter.
This echoes a previous report from NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Flacco isn't expected to require surgery, per Schefter. Broncos head coach Vic Fangio said they will decide whether or not to put Flacco on injured reserve within a couple of days. Brandon Allen is starting in Week 9 against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.
Flacco has completed 65.3 percent of his passes this season for 1,822 yards (7.0 per attempt), 6 touchdowns, and 5 interceptions. He's averaging 11.2 FanDuel points per game.
