Gabriel Davis (ankle) officially inactive for Bills in Week 2
The Buffalo Bills have ruled out wide receiver Gabriel Davis (ankle) for their Week 2 game against the Tennessee Titans.
Davis appeared on the Bills' Saturday injury report with a surprising ankle injury, and has now been ruled out for the team's Monday night game against the Tennessee Titans. Davis had been on a roll since late last season (including his four-touchdown game against the Kansas City Chiefs), and scored the first touchdown of the NFL season in the Bills' win over the Los Angeles Rams in Week 1.
Davis figures to be the WR2 on one of the best offenses in the league this season, a role that earned him 16.8 fantasy points in Week 1. His absence will be felt by the Bills this week, with a combination of Isaiah McKenzie, Jamison Crowder, and Dawson Knox likely picking up the slack.
