Rams promote Malcolm Brown to active roster for Week 4
The Los Angeles Rams have promoted running back Malcolm Brown from their practice squad to their active roster for Monday's Week 4 game against the San Francisco 49ers.
The Rams have leaned on Cam Akers and Darrell Henderson to carry the load for them so far this season, leading to an inconsistent and unpredictable backfield for fantasy. The Rams have played Brown ahead of past running backs in his previous stint with the team, so he could be in line to further divide the running back workload in Week 4.
Our models currently project Akers to lead the way on the ground with 50.4 for the Rams backfield tonight, with Henderson splitting opportunities and projecting for 42.5 rushing yards.
