James Conner (ribs) ruled out for Cardinals in Week 6
Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner (ribs) is ruled out against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday in Week 6.
Conner and Darrel Williams are both out for Sunday, setting up Eno Benjamin for a likely three-down role against a weak Seahawks defense. Sixth-round rookie Keaontay Ingram and practice squad call-up Corey Clement are expected to be the Cardinals' other two active running backs on Sunday.
Benjamin is the RB10 in numberFire's Week 6 rankings and our models project him for 18.6 touches and 94.3 yards on Sunday. He draws a great matchup against a Seahawks team that has the worst defense in the league, according to our schedule-adjusted metrics. Per PFF, Benjamin ranks 22nd in yards after contact per attempt and 4th in elusive rating this season.
