Kyler Murray (hamstring) could be out through Cardinals bye
Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray (hamstring) might not return until after the Week 13 bye, reports Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.
Fowler says Murray's return will depend on how his hamstring injury heals this week. Colt McCoy will make another start on Monday night versus the San Francisco 49ers in Mexico City to close out Week 11. The Cardinals will then play the Los Angeles Chargers before breaking for their bye. With Murray sidelined last week, McCoy completed 26-of-36 passes for 238 yards and a touchdown in a 27-17 divisional win.
McCoy is averaging 0.143 total expected points added (EPA) per dropback while Murray is averaging negative-0.031 total EPA per dropback. Among the 27 quarterbacks with at least 200 dropbacks this season, Murray is 20th in total EPA per dropback.
