Breece Hall: Jets' offense has "an answer for everything"

New York Jets running back Breece Hall believes that the team's offense has "an answer to everything" heading into the 2023-24 season.

What It Means:

Speaking to Mike Yam on NFL Total Access on Wednesday, Hall expressed confidence in the Jets' ability to adapt to whatever opposing defenses do this season. Hall said "I mean with the offense we have right now, I think we have an answer for everything. If you don't want to load the box, Aaron's going to get the ball off all day, if you do we've got the RPOs and we've got him to take shots, and we have the receivers that are going to make plays for us, as well." Hall also gave an update on his recovery from last year's season-ending knee injury stating "I've been saying I'll be ready for the first game, so right now I'm just focusing on getting my knee as strong as possible, just getting that confidence back. But it's been going well so far.". When Hall returns to the field this season, he should have more space to operate in as opposing defenses are forced to account for the Jets' improved passing game with Aaron Rodgers.

Hall's 2023-24 season projection, which assumes he is available for the start of the season, includes 287.60 carries, 1,335.82 rushing yards, 9.03 rushing touchdowns, 47.21 receptions, 348.21 receiving yards, and 2.40 receiving touchdowns. He is the RB10 in numberFire's preseason fantasy projections.
