Lynch: San Francisco's Brock Purdy (elbow) 'cleared without restriction', ready to go for training camp
According to general manager John Lynch, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy (elbow) will not be restricted during training camp.
What It Means:
After receiving full clearance from his offseason elbow surgery, Purdy will be a full go for training camp. Expect the 23-year old to start under center for San Francisco's opener versus the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Per numberFire's models, Purdy currently ranks as our 25th overall quarterback with projections including 351.6 completions for 25.1 touchdowns and 3,849.8 yards and 40.0 rush attempts for 176.4 yards and 1.2 touchdowns.
