Seahawke hope Kenneth Walker (groin) can get back next week

According to head coach Pete Carroll, Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker (groin) is currently "running well straight line and will try change of direction the next couple days."

What It Means:

While Walker has not seen any practice time since the first day of Seattle's training camp, the second year back has recently progressed to running full speed and hopes to return potentially next week. If Walker is available for the start of the season, he is an intriguing RB1-RB2 candidate even in a potential committee with Zach Charbonnet at his average draft position in the fourth round in 12 team point per reception leagues (according to Fantasy Football Calculator).

Per numberFire's models, Walker is currently ranked as our RB15 with projections including 264.1 rushing attempts for 1,199.1 yards and 8.9 touchdowns and 29.2 receptions for 200.1 yards and 1.3 touchdowns.
