Reid: Kansas City's Travis Kelce (knee) suffers hyperextended knee, uncertain for Week 1
According to head coach Andy Reid, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce (knee) is uncertain for Thursday's Week 1 contest against the Detroit Lions.
After suffering a hyperextended knee injury during practice, Kelce's status is suddenly in the air for Thursday's season opener. Expect Noah Gray to see more work at tight end while Skyy Moore could see an uptick in volume if Kelce is unable to suit up.
Kelce's current projection includes 6.8 receptions for 81.2 yards on 9.8 targets.
