Saints' Kendre Miller (hamstring) inactive again Monday night
New Orleans Saints running back Kendre Miller (hamstring) is inactive for Week 2 against the Carolina Panthers on Monday night.
Miller will wait at least one more week to make his NFL debut. Tony Jones will backup Jamaal Williams on Monday night after he was promoted from the Saints practice squad earlier in the afternoon. Williams
Williams, who has a $14,000 salary on the single-game slate Monday, handled 20 touches as the Saints' feature back in Week 1. He only managed 52 scoreless yards in that contest, but Williams should see a similar workload on Monday night. The Panthers were smacked for a league-high 40.2 FanDuel points by the Atlanta Falcons backfield in Week 1, via 131 rushing yards, 46 receiving yards, 9 catches, and 3 touchdowns.
