Justice Hill (foot) not practicing for Ravens Wednesday
Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill (foot) is not practicing on Wednesday.
Hill is still sidelined after sitting out last week with a foot issue. Gus Edwards was active at practice after leaving early Sunday to be evaluated for a concussion, so he will be the lead back again versus the Cleveland Browns in Week 4 if Hill is ruled out. The Ravens will be left with Melvin Gordon and Kenyan Drake at running back if Hill and Edwards are both inactive. Lamar Jackson will also likely see more designed runs if Baltimore is banged up in the backfield.
Hill rushed 11 times for 41 yards and caught 3 passes (3 targets) for 12 yards in his last outing. The Ravens' run game will have a tougher matchup in Week 4 against the Browns and their second-best adjusted run defense in the league, according to numberFire’s metrics.
