Javonte Williams (quad) a game-time decision for Broncos in Week 5
The Denver Broncos will determine running back Javonte Williams' (quad) status for Week 5's game against the New York Jets based on his pregame workouts.
Williams is questionable for Sunday's game with a quad injury, and it looks like the third-year back will test out his injured leg during pregame warmups before the team makes an official decision. Williams suffered the injury during the Broncos' Week 4 win and was unable to return to that contest. Considering that he is still just under a year removed from a season-ending knee injury, it would not be too surprising if the team played it safe with Williams even if he does suit up this afternoon.
Our models currently project Williams, who has a $5,700 salary on FanDuel, to score 5.2 fantasy points against the Jets' tough defense, with 24.2 rushing yards, 8.7 receiving yards, and 0.2 touchdowns.
