Broncos' Javonte Williams (quad) inactive for Week 5
The Denver Broncos have ruled out running back Javonte Williams (quad) for their Week 5 game against the New York Jets.
The Broncos will play it safe with Williams in Week 5 as he recovers from his quad injury. Expect them to use Samaje Perine and possibly Jaleel McLaughlin as their lead runners against the Jets.
Perine has a $5,400 salary and is projected for 8.8 fantasy points off of 41.3 rushing yards, 14.5 receiving yards, and 0.4 scores. McLaughlin has a $5,700 salary on FanDuel and is projected to score 7.2 fantasy points.
