David Njoku (face/hand) questionable Week 6 for Browns
Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku (face/hand) is questionable for Week 6 against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
Njoku practiced on Friday for the first time this week. He burned his face and hand in a home accident on September 29, but managed to play a couple days later and set season-highs in catches (6) and targets (7). Harrison Bryant will play a larger role if Njoku is limited or out versus the 49ers.
Njoku is the TE29 in numberFire's Week 6 rankings and our models project him for 4.5 FanDuel points, with 4.6 targets, 2.9 receptions, and 25.8 yards. The 49ers are allowing the seventh-fewest FanDuel points per game to opposing tight ends this season and their pass defense ranks eighth in numberFire's opponent-adjusted NEP model.
