Packers' Aaron Jones (hamstring) expected to play in Week 7
The Green Bay Packers are expected to have running back Aaron Jones (hamstring) available for their Week 7 game against the Denver Broncos.
Jones has been nursing a hamstring injury all season, but it looks like the veteran back is trending towards playing against the Broncos later today. Jones has only been able to play one full game this season (back in Week 1). Jones returned for a handful of snaps in Week 4 before missing Week 5, but hopefully the team's Week 6 bye gave the veteran the extra time he needed to recover. There's a real chance, though, that the Packers could limit his reps this week even if he suits up.
If Jones does play, our models currently project him for 13.2 fantasy points against the Denver Broncos' league-worst defense off of 69 rushing yards, 19.1 receiving yards, and 0.6 scores. He has a $7,700 salary on FanDuel.
