Eagles expect Jalen Hurts (knee) to play against Washington in Week 8
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts (knee) is expected to play in Week 8's game against the Washington Commanders.
Hurts is dealing with a mild knee injury he suffered in Week 7's win over the Miami Dolphins. Nick Sirianni said Philadelphia expects Hurts to be available for Sunday's game with the Commanders. The optimism surrounding Hurts' status is a good sign, but his practice participation should still be monitored this week. Marcus Mariota is the Eagles current back up signal caller.
Hurts' Week 8 projection includes 249.7 passing yards, 1.43 passing touchdowns, 0.72 interceptions, 45.5 rushing yards, 0.56 rushing touchdowns, and 22.6 FanDuel points. His salary is $9,200.
