Kareem Hunt (thigh) taken off Browns Week 8 injury report
Cleveland Browns running back Kareem Hunt (thigh) is not on the injury report for Week 8 versus the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.
Jerome Ford (ankle) is listed as questionable after he surprisingly returned to practice on Friday, so it remains to be seen if Hunt will be the starting running back in Week 8. He rushed 10 times for 31 yards and 2 touchdowns in a win over the Indianapolis Colts last week.
Operating under the assumption that Ford is out, Hunt ($7,000) is the RB26 in numberFire's Week 8 PPR rankings and our models project him for 10.7 FanDuel points, with 13.5 rush attempts, 58.0 rushing yards, 1.7 receptions, and 12.2 receiving yards. Pierre Strong Jr. ($5,300) is the RB32 and projected for 8.8 FanDuel points on 13.4 touches. The Seahawks are ranked 13th in FanDuel points allowed per game to running backs this season and their run defense is 5th in our opponent-adjusted NEP rankings.
