Michael Thomas still limited by illness at Saints practice
New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas (illness) was limited at practice on Wednesday for Week 9 against the Chicago Bears.
Thomas played through an illness on Sunday and caught 4 passes on 7 targets for 68 yards, but his 67 percent offensive snap rate was a season-low. Rashid Shaheed and Lynn Bowden could be more involved if Thomas is unavailable against the Bears.
Thomas is the WR28 in numberFire's Week 9 PPR rankings and our models project him for 9.7 FanDuel points, 6.8 targets, 4.8 receptions, and 53.5 yards. The Bears are ranked 19th in FanDuel points allowed per game to wide receivers and their pass defense is last in our opponent-adjusted NEP model.
