AJ Dillon (groin) expected to play Thanksgiving for Packers
Green Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon (groin) is expected to play on Thanksgiving against the Detroit Lions in Week 12, reports Jordan Schultz of Bleacher Report.
Dillon is officially listed as questionable, but he was listed as limited for each practice this week. Aaron Jones (knee) has been ruled out and Emanuel Wilson (shoulder) was placed on injured reserve, so Dillon should have his hands full. Patrick Taylor and James Robinson are next up if Dillon suffers a setback. Jayden Reed (chest) is another candidate for carries after leading the Packers with 46 yards in Week 11.
Dillon is the RB20 in numberFire's Week 12 rankings and our models project him for 12.5 FanDuel points, with 17.1 carries, 71.0 rushing yards, 1.8 receptions, and 15.1 receiving yards. The Lions are allowing the fifth-fewest FanDuel points per game to running backs and their run defense is ranked 12th, per our opponent-adjusted efficiency rankings.
