Geno Smith (groin) will start for Seahawks Week 16 if healthy
Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith (groin) will start in Week 16 against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday if he's healthy, per head coach Pete Carroll.
Carroll confirmed that Smith is still the Seahawks' starter after Drew Lock led a comeback victory over the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night. Smith was able to practice in a limited capacity last week, so he should be able to return for Sunday's matchup with the Titans.
The Titans are ranked 12th in FanDuel points allowed per game to quarterbacks this season, but their pass defense is only 27th in numberFire's opponent-adjusted efficiency rankings.
