Zay Jones (hamstring) "probably not" playing for Jaguars
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (hamstring) is "probably not" going to play in Week 16 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday, per head coach Doug Pederson.
Jones injured his hamstring in the Jaguars' Week 15 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. He will likely be ruled out for at least Week 16 versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday. That will open up more playing time for Tim Jones, Jamal Agnew, Parker Washington, and Elijah Cooks in a plus matchup.
The Buccaneers are allowing the fourth-most FanDuel points per game to wide receivers this season and they have the third-worst pass defense in the NFL, according to numberFire's opponent-adjusted efficiency rankings.
