Colts' Michael Pittman Jr. remains in concussion protocol
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. is still in the NFL concussion protocol, per head coach Shane Steichen.
Steichen said Pittman is "progressing well," so he might be able to clear protocol ahead of Sunday's Week 17 matchup with the Las Vegas Raiders. Josh Downs and D.J. Montgomery saw more playing time last week with Pittman sidelined. Downs led the Colts in targets (9), followed by Alec Pierce (7) and Kylen Granson (7).
The Raiders are allowing the 12th-fewest FanDuel points per game to wide receivers this season and they have the No. 11 pass defense in the NFL, according to numberFire's opponent-adjusted efficiency metrics.
