A.J. Brown (knee) misses Eagles' first practice ahead of Wild Card game
The Philadelphia Eagles listed wide receiver A.J. Brown (knee) as a non-participant in their first practice session of the week ahead of Monday's Wild Card game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Brown suffered a knee injury in Week 18 and was unable to return to that game. While the team initially expressed optimism that the star receiver avoided a serious injury, it's concerning that he is now missing practice to start the week. The Eagles fortunately have until Monday to help Brown rest, but we'll want to see him participate in at least one practice this week before adding him to fantasy lineups.
If he does play, our models would project Brown for 12.6 fantasy points, with 5.6 catches for 74.3 yards and 0.4 touchdowns. He has an $8,200 salary on FanDuel.
