Dez Bryant avoids Cowboys' active/PUP list
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant (foot) avoided the active/PUP list to begin camp.
He's 100 percent healthy after breaking his foot in the season opener last year. Bryant dealt with some setbacks and never seemed to be anywhere close to full health in 2015. He's had plenty of time to rest, and should dominate opposing cornerbacks once again.
Between his injuries and Dallas playing most of the season with bad quarterbacks under center, 2015 was a tough year for Bryant. Among the 74 receivers to see at least 60 targets, he ranked 71st in Reception Net Expected Points per target. Our algorithms project him as the eighth-best fantasy wide receiver this season, with a forecasted 86 catches for 1,178 yards and 9.01 touchdowns.
