Tyler Lockett expected for a bigger role in Seahawks' Week 6
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett is expected to have a bigger role against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 6, head coach Pete Carroll said.
Lockett was limited by a knee injury before the Seahawks' bye week but should be closer to full health in Week 6. The 24-year-old earned All-Pro honors as a return specialist last season but is still developing as a receiver. Fortunately he has a favorable matchup against the Falcons, who have allowed a league-high 14 touchdown passes this year.
Our algorithms project Lockett for 29 receiving yards and 0.15 touchdowns on 2 receptions this week. We'll believe his usage will increase when we see it.
