Washington places Josh Doctson (Achilles') on injured reserve
Washington placed wide receiver Josh Doctson (Achilles) on injured reserve.
He'll miss a minimum of eight weeks, meaning the earliest we'd see Doctson back on the field is Week 15. The more likely scenario is that the first-round rookie packs it in for the year. He's been battling Achilles issues off and on since minicamp with no signs of improvement.
Docston played just 31 offensive snaps this season, earning 4.51 Reception Net Expected Points on six targets.
