Vikings' Jerick McKinnon (ankle) out of walking boot Friday
Minnesota Vikings running back Jerick McKinnon (ankle) is out of his walking boot Friday.
McKinnon was in a boot on Thursday and didn't practice. It's unclear what his practice status for Friday is as of right now, but getting out of the boot is a positive development. Even if McKinnon plays, he'll likely be limited, which leaves Matt Asiata as the preferred fantasy play.
Asiata is our 24th-ranked fantasy back for the week, with a projected 52 rushing yards and 0.30 touchdowns on 11 carries, added to 1 reception for 11 yards.
