Bills plan on letting Tyrod Taylor walk
The Buffalo Bills still don't plan on picking up quarterback Tyrod Taylor's $15.5 million option bonus this offseason, reports ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Taylor would be guaranteed $30.75 over the life of his contract if the Bills were to pick up the option. They don't seem to have any intention of doing that, meaning Taylor will be free to sign elsewhere. It's unclear who Buffalo intends on starting under center next season.
Among the 39 quarterbacks with at least 100 drop backs this season, Taylor's 0.12 Passing Net Expected Points per drop back ranked 19th.
