Broncos' T.J. Ward may be on the trading block
The Denver Broncos have discussed trading safety T.J. Ward, per Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network.
The 30-year-old Ward has made the Pro Bowl in three of the last four seasons, but he's on the last year of his contract in Denver, and extension talks back in May proved fruitless.
Assuming he stays in Denver, numberFire's models project Ward for 93.1 tackles, 3.8 pass defenses, 3.0 interceptions and 1.3 sacks this season.
