Josh Doctson

Josh Doctson's health a growing concern for Redskins

Washington Redskins wide receiver Josh Doctson's continued missed time is "an issue," head coach Jay Gruden admitted on Tuesday.

What It Means:

"It's been an issue. We've only had him a year and he hasn't done a lot for us," Gruden conceded on Tuesday in regards to Doctson's availability. The 2016 first-round pick was held out of Sunday's dress rehearsal due to groin and hamstring pain, and he played in just two games during his rookie campaign. Doctson is talented enough to secure the third receiver job ahead of Ryan Grant on Washington's depth chart, but there's no indication he will be able to stay on the field.

numberFire's models project Doctson for 437.8 receiving yards and 3.37 touchdowns on 27.5 receptions during his sophomore season. He's our 73rd-ranked fantasy receiver entering 2017.
