Panthers' Greg Olsen out indefinitely with a broken foot
Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen (foot) told reporters he has a broken foot and will be out an extended period.
Olsen left Sunday's game early with the foot injury, and when asked by reporters after the game, he confirmed the speculation that he had broken his foot. It is unclear the specifics of the injury, but the typical recovery takes 6-to-8 weeks. Olsen will get thoroughly evaluated on Monday.
Olsen finished Sunday with 1 catch for 10 yards on 2 targets in a 9-3 win over the Buffalo Bills.
