Packers' Aaron Jones impressed Aaron Rodgers with his Week 4 play
Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones quickly impressed quarterback Aaron Rodgers with his play in the team's Week 4 win over the Chicago Bears.
Rodgers was quoted saying, "I've been a big fan of his since the beginning" and "I think he's a very natural runner with the football." He added that Jones did a great job and that only once did he ask where he was to go in a motion on a play. That's all high praise coming from a player of Rodgers' experience and standing in the league.
Rodgers has made it clear that he's comfortable with Jones in the backfield. And, with the chance of starting in Week 5 (in the absence of the injured Ty Montgomery), that's a good thing. But as for Jones, we project him -- at $5,900 -- for 7.1 FanDuel points in a matchup with the Dallas Cowboys.
