George Kittle (ankle) already ruled out by 49ers for Week 10
San Francisco 49ers tight end Geroge Kittle (ankle) will not play in Week 10 versus the New York Giants, per Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle.
What It Means:
Kittle was hurt in Sunday's loss to the Arizona Cardinals, and with the Niners having a bye in Week 11, the rookie will get three weeks to get healthy. Garret Celek will likely start at tight end in his place.
Kittle has 27 catches for 277 yards and 1 touchdown this season.
