C.J. Anderson sent home sick from Broncos' practice Thursday
Denver Broncos running back C.J. Anderson (illness) didn't practice and was sent home on Thursday.
Anderson was limited at Wednesday's practice with an ankle injury, but that isn't expected to keep him out against the New England Patriots in Week 10, and neither will an illness. The fifth-year undrafted free agent is averaging 11.3 touches over the past four games, compared to 20.8 per game over the first four.
numberFire projects Anderson for 58.0 yards and 0.31 touchdowns on 13.5 carries with 2.0 catches for 12.2 yards and 0.05 touchdowns versus the Patriots, which would lead to 10.2 FanDuel points at a cost of $6,200. He's the RB17 in our Week 10 fantasy rankings.
