Cardinals' Blaine Gabbert will reportedly start Week 11
According to Arizona Sports' Mike Jurecki, Arizona Cardinals quarterback Blaine Gabbert is expected to named the team's starter against the Houston Texans.
There hasn't been anything official yet, but Drew Stanton has been dealing with a sprained knee suffered in Thursday's loss to the Seattle Seahawks. However, Stanton was seen throwing at Tuesday's practice while Gabbert and others went through warm-ups on a different side field. Gabbert has gone 9-31 in 40 career starts to date.
Gabbert costs only $6,000 and is projected for 13.5 FanDuel points in a matchup with a Texans defense that has allowed an average of 354.7 passing yards and 3 touchdowns in the midst of a three-game losing streak.
