The Los Angeles Chargers placed Nick Novak (back) on injured reserve.
What It Means:
Travis Coons has been promoted to the active roster, and will kick for the Chargers moving forward. Coons will be their third kicker this season.
Novak hit 9-of-13 field goals over seven games this season.
