Giants' Eli Manning to officially start Week 14
New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning will be the team's starting quarterback in Week 14, reports NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.
This was the expectation after the firings of general manager Jerry Reese and head coach Ben McAdoo on Monday. With the confirmation from coaches and staffers now, Geno Smith will head back to the bench after just one start. Manning will likely finish the year as the team's starter, despite missing the playoffs.
Priced at $6,000, Manning is projected for 17.1 FanDuel points against the Dallas Cowboys this week. That makes him a top-2 point-per-dollar play, per our algorithms.
