Packers running back Aaron Jones suspended two games
The NFL has suspended Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones two games for violating the league's substance abuse policy.
Jones pleaded no contest to a marijuana-related traffic charge in March and now will miss the first two games of the 2018 season as punishment. With Jones out of the picture until at least Week 3, the backfield picture clears up a bit in Green Bay with Jamaal Williams the favorite for the early-down work while Ty Montgomery handles passing downs.
Our models projected Jones for 561.7 total yards and 5.2 touchdowns on 115.9 touches before the suspension was announced.
