Pats' Julian Edelman loses appeal; 4-game suspension stands
The NFL has upheld the four-game suspension of New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.
With Edelman sidelined until Week 5, Rob Gronkowski and Chris Hogan will take on more significant roles in the passing game while Rex Burkhead could see extra snaps in the slot. Jordan Matthews could also emerge as a viable weapon in fantasy, for at least the first four games.
Our models project Edelman for 66.1 catches, 696.1 yards, and 3.5 touchdowns over the remaining 12 games of the season.
