NHL Daily Fantasy Helper: Thursday 4/26/18
A good chunk of you probably already play daily fantasy football, and I'd be willing to bet a significant portion have also tried out daily fantasy basketball and baseball. But hockey? Hockey?
It's time to give it a try over on FanDuel, because it's a ton of fun. And our analysis and projections can help you win.
To help, take a look at some goalies, high-priced skaters, and lower-priced players to target for today's two-game slate.
Goalie to Target
Marc-Andre Fleury ($8,800): The Vegas Golden Knights were the story of the first round, and Fleury was a big reason why. He will be aided by having home-ice advantage against the San Jose Sharks, who allow 2.84 goals per game on the road. Also, Vegas yields just 2.40 goals per game at home. Our models project Fleury to have the best chance of a win among all goalies in action tonight, and we give him the best odds of a shutout. This is a goalie who stopped 127 of 130 shots (.977 save percentage) against the Los Angeles Kings in a four-game sweep in the opening round. Matt Murray is the night's second-best option, per our projections, and is $700 cheaper than Fleury.
