Alexis Sanchez, Forward, Manchester United

Salary: $9,000

Only one year removed from his time at Arsenal, it seems slightly crazy to think that Alexis Sanchez could fly under-the-radar, but a convergence of factors might make that a reality this weekend. Watford's early season success and the negative narrative surrounding Manchester United combined with the plethora of other high priced options available on this slate could lead to Sanchez seeing some of his lowest ownership ever.

In matches Manchester United has been favored in this season, Sanchez has averaged four chances created and two shots taken. Watford's 4-2-2-2 formation was able to stifle Tottenham during Matchweek 4 by shutting down their attacks through the middle. In that match, the only players to occupy the wide channels for Spurs were defenders Ben Davies and Kieran Trippier, both excellent players in their own right but neither is on the same level in the final third as Alexis Sanchez. Sanchez will be the first elite winger Watford have faced this season, which could expose a weakness in their centrally focused formation by forcing their midfielders to defend the touchlines.

Adding to Sanchez's outlook is the form of Romelu Lukaku ($10,500), who has scored five goals in his last three matches for club and country. Following the World Cup, Lukaku appears to be back up to full speed, which benefits every cross Sanchez sends into the box. This will be a tough match for Manchester United, but they will likely be the lowest owned elite side on the slate, and their salaries have been reduced to account for the matchup.
